Biscuit Cake is one of the easiest and yummy cake recipes, required just 3-4 ingredient. It is fewer hassle recipes compared to the traditional baked cake recipe.
How to make a biscuit cake:
Ingredient:
- Biscuit: 4 pa. (Parle- G or Oreo)
- Sugar powder: 100gm
- Eno/Baking Soda: ½ tbsp
- Vanilla essence: ½ tbsp
- Water: 1 cup
- Tutti fruity: 1 tbsp (For decoration)
How to make a biscuit cake:
- Take a cooker and remove the whistle and rubber ring.
- Break the biscuits into small pieces.
- Add into the blender that way all of them fit easily and we get a fine powder.
- Take biscuit powder in a bowl then add sugar powder, , vanilla assense, Tutti fruity, water (add as per consistence), Eno.
- Mix well properly into a smooth batter. Make sure that there are no lumps.
- Immediately cake batters pour into a cake mold and steam for 15 min.
- After cake removed from mold leave for 5 min for cooling.
- Then Cake cut into slices and enjoy
