  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Water -  1 Cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Chai Powder - 1.5 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • 1clay Pot For Tandoori Flavour



How to make Tandoori Chai

  • Put the clay pot on a medium flame for 10 min.

  • Make a tea and added ginger for special flavour and health purpose.

  • Place the clay pot in a deep pot and start pouring the hot tea into it.

  • The tea suddenly starts to bubble in the clay pot. When the bubble is over that is finished cooking.

  • The hot clay pot lends the chai smoky flavour.

  • Hot chai is served in another clean clay pot and serves with bun mask and biscuit.
