Poha idli is very easy and instant recipe. This recipe yields really good soft and fluffy idlis. This recipe does not require any fermentation process. It's very unique and fit for busy women especially working women. This is a very good option for your kid's lunch box.

Ingredient:
- Poha: 4 cup
- Curd: 1 cup
- Salt: add as per taste
- Eno/baking soda: ½ tbsp
- Water: 1 cup ( add as per consistency )
- Oil for grease idli mold
How to make Poha idli recipe:
- Take poha in fine size. Add curd, salt, and water as required.
- Mix well properly into the smooth batter. Make sure that there are no lumps. Rest for 10 min.
- Prepare the steamer.
- In idli, batters add Eno/baking soda.
- Stir in one direction for approx. 1 min. You notice its size would increase by almost double.
- Immediately idli batters pour into idli mold and steam for 15 min.
- After idli removed from mold leave for 5 min for cooling.
- This Instant idli serves with idli Sāmbhar and chatni.
