- Potatoes - 4
- Bread Slices - 10
- Water- as required
- salt - for taste
- Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste-1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Hing-1/4 tbsp
- Oil-For deep frying
How to Make Crispy Bread Rolls:
- First, boil the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher.
- Heat up oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic green chili paste, thing and last turmeric powder.
- Add mashed potato, coriander, and salt (For taste). Mix well all ingredient properly.
- Take the bread slices and slice off the side crusts.
- Take water in a bowl. Dip one bread slice in the water.
- Do not use much water just moisten it.
- Make sure the bread stays intact and does not break. So press gently.
- Place the prepared potato stuffing on bread slice.
- Seal all roll edges and make a nice roll. Keep it aside.
- These rolls are deep fry on oil. Fry till rolls on golden brown.
- Place the crispy bread rolls on kitchen paper to remove extra oil.
- You can serve crispy bread roll with sauce or any chutney.
