Gulab Jamun is an Indian sweet dish which, Indian peoples love to eat. Indian peoples celebrate many festivals with Gulab Jamun.
Ingredients:
- Gits Gulab Jamun pack: 1 pack
- Sugar: 2 cup
- Water: 3 cup
- Oil or Ghee: for deep frying
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Kesar: 1-2 gm.
How to make Gulab Jamun:
- Firstly, in a pan take 2 cup sugar and 3 cup water.
- Add kesar and continually stir for 10 min.
- The sugar syrup is ready.
- Now take Gits Gulab Jamun mix in mixing bowl and add slightly warm milk for dough.
- Make the soft and smooth dough.
- Make small balls greasing ghee to hand.
- Make sure there are no cracks on bolls.
- These bolls are deep fry on ghee or oil.
- Fry till the bolls on golden brown.
- Immediately, drop the frying Jamun bolls into the sugar syrup. Rest for 30 min.
- The Gulab Jamun has in doubled size.
- Finally, Gits instant Gulab Jamun is ready to serve.
