How RallyRave uses your information.

What we save

Your account details, and the resumes and cover letters you make.
Your chats with RallyRave AI: what you type or tap, what you paste (such as an old resume or a job description), and what we answer.
The details you give RallyRave AI about yourself, so it doesn't ask again. You can change or remove them in Account Settings.
What you do after a chat, such as previewing or using a template, or downloading a resume.
Which pages you visit and what you do on the site, such as starting or downloading a resume, the kind of device you use and the site that sent you. This is kept under a random ID stored in your browser, and linked to your account once you sign in. It never includes what you write in your resume.
If you are not signed in, your chats are kept under a random guest ID stored in your browser. When you sign in, they are moved to your account.

To give you the service, and to remember your chat and your details.
To understand what people ask for, fix mistakes and improve RallyRave and its AI.
To keep records of how the service is used.

Only a few RallyRave team members can read saved chats, and each time a chat is opened it is recorded.
We do not sell your chats, and we do not share them with advertising companies.

We have no fixed time limit at the moment. Your chats stay saved until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them.

You can ask us to delete your chats and saved details at any time. Deleting your account deletes them too.
